Yeah I'm definitely with you. I want a big variety of track types for them to deal with and hope that remains. F1 cars should be able to run cities, custom-made circuits, and runs through the countryside.

2022-06-01 08:19:17 +0000 UTCI don’t care if Monaco stays or goes. I find “history” to be an uncompelling reason to continue to do anything. What I don’t want though, is the slow increased standardization of F1 tracks. In my mind, the F1 championship should consist of a variety of track types, even if some of those tend to foster “bad” races. So while Monaco can go, I would still want a “Monaco-like” track to replace it.

In 2016, Mercedes pitted Hamilton 1 lap too early for the slicks and nearly handed the lead to Ricciardo. And Ferrari makes replays of these mistakes this year. It's amazing.
