Hey Ralfy, I'm still a bit confused with your malt marks. You seemed lukewarm at best with Laphroaig and gave that whisky a grade of 84. This week you reviewed Ancnoc with high praise and gave that whisky an 83. While I understand your description of the new system and the reasons why, this last two grades don't seem to reflect your reviews. I am keeping in mind anything over 80 is good and worth buying in your opinion. But based on your reviews, the Laphroaig seemed like a 79 or 80 and the Ancnoc seemed like an 84. Thank you in advance for humoring me and entertaining this question. - Anthony
