PUBERTY | What's Left Of Them

Grief ripples through the aftermath of Braeden’s funeral while Lynn wrestles with love she never let herself claim and Stephano questions the circumstances of Braeden’s death.

WATCH HERE

QUESTION TIME! Can't watch to read your responses!

1. What are your thoughts on the interaction between Braeden’s brother and Rita at the funeral?

2. What are your thoughts on Tatianna’s breakdown and how do you think this will affect her character development going forward?

3. Nevaeh becomes Lynn’s emotional anchor in this episode. Do you think this truce after everything is here to stay?

4. Why do you think Stephano doesnt want the police to know that it was someone else who shot Braeden?

5. Roger says there’s been “too much loss.” Do you think his guilt comes more from what he did—or from finally seeing the consequences of silence?

6.Stephano believes protecting his own justifies his actions. Where do you think the line is between loyalty and becoming someone who takes lives without a second thought?

Much love,

Streetsimmer 💜

😭😭😭🔥🔥🔥 I'm ready for the next episode

Polkadottt

Hi! I just became a member, I’m trying to watch the last 2 episodes of puberty but it won’t let me

I and c

I hands down forgot about Brae’s brother, so I have no clue. Tatianna has always been fragile to me… she’s definitely an empath, and this is going to haunt her for a while. However, I think this will cause her to shift her behavior for the better. She’s in her head about this now, reflecting, I think she’ll finally realize life isn’t a game and start taking things more seriously, especially her relationships… romantic or otherwise. Because if she and Elias hadn’t played games with each other, this would be a different story. It sucks, but trauma bonds, and their friendship was and is a powerful one. The events that have taken place will make the girls not take things for granted, because everything can change in a matter of seconds. The whole episode, I was like “DAMN STEPH IS HIS FATHER’S SON. AHHHHH😫” But seriously, Steph was raised to take care of things himself. He didn’t want the cops involved because he knew they couldn’t be trusted to find everything. He’s smart and has been trained to notice and handle these things, whether he realizes it or not. (I also don’t think he killed home boy. As I said, Steph is too smart and too much of his father’s child to be that messy.) In my head, he squeezed him enough to make him pass out, tied him up, and turned him over to Connor (I hope…. PLEASE LET THIS BE IT… or close to it) Honestly, Roger is a wuss. I love him, but it’s true. He has this pattern of spiraling and not thinking it through, which I understand, but when I spiral, I lock myself in my room and think it over a million times until I figure out what to do. He’s reckless in many ways, and if he’d talked to anyone other than Connor, there would be no more PUBERTY because everyone would be locked up. UMMMM. Listen, this is the Temi and Tani’s Streetsimmer Universe, it’s the Sims 4, and I’m just going to sit back, watch, and give my opinion where I have one. With this question, I’ve got nothing.

I honestly forgot about his brother. I know that sounds harsh, but I was wondering if he had played a role in earlier episodes and was hoping for a memory jog. But I’d probably say the same thing Rita said because now he’s passed, you decide to show up. I think Tati was right to feel the way she felt, but in the back of my head, I just wished she’d spoke up about the confusion of Elias being a murderer. But since I’ve never been in her shoes before, it’s easy to say what she should’ve done, but I can’t imagine what it’s like mentally seeing someone end their own life. I am just glad she did end up telling Steph. I am glad veah was the one to come to Lynn’s side during this time. I know Lynn is heart broken. I honestly wished her and Breas relationship would’ve taken off like how Conner and Amelia’s did, but unfortunately that isn’t the case. They need each other now, more than ever. I think that when the time is right, they’ll hash out the uneven ends, but at a later point. There’s always a time and place. Steph doesn’t want the police to know because of how he’s been raised. Heck even Conner didn’t want Roger coming clean because of his role in the organization. Steph quickly put two and two together which I’m grateful for, but did he really kill him? We don’t know. Anything is possible. I read a comment about Brae possibly being a vampire now like Kim. I honestly would hope that would be the case just for him and Lynn’s love story lol. But I do hope Steph at least tells his father what’s going on, but idk how their relationship stands since last time, they were at odds due to the clone situation. I think Roger is feeling the guilt because of both people dying, but more importantly, brae. He’s probably thinking he’s next and having a clean consciousness would be better. But because of Conner and his past, that may be more difficult. I can’t blame Steph. I mean look at his family. He doesn’t know what’s wrong as he believes what he did was right. Does that make him a psychopath? Technically yes, but in his eyes he’s getting justice. And since it’s sims 4 universe, I condone it. I know that makes me look like a psychopath too, but in this world, an eye for an eye buddy. He didn’t even let brae explain before he killed him. So Steph did what his father would’ve done.

Love this in depth comment so much! Great point acknowledging that there’s a lot of power in roger and tati’s hands if they start talking. Cause it really is up to them whether they tell the truth or not.

Hey RW, Glad I am not the only one who is seeing Connor's Seb like behavior LOL. It's fascinating as hell to watch, because it kind of conflicts with what he is doing with Will and Vanessa. I say kind of since we don't exactly know what is going with Connor, Will and Vanessa. My spidey sense are going off where Connor is concerned......hmmmmmm. My only push back is same that had with another post, and that is we do not how much time Stephano actually spent at Tatianna's. The way episode is cut we do not get to see that. Their first scene ends with Stephano still holding Tati, then it goes to Connor and Roger, then transition back to Tati's house and Steph leaving. Also, Steph is a teen and more than likely has a curfew so spending the night at Tati's house is more than likely out especially with all trouble Steph has been getting into lately. What I'm really saying is that there seems to be an assumption that Steph just got his information and bolted when there is no real evidence of that being true. He did comfort Tati, cried with her, apologized and acknowledged her pain. Did he get his answer....yes but he didn't just treat her in cold or cruel manner. Tati's mom was concerned about her not talking and also asked Tati if she saw what happened with Braeden and Elias. Asking that question doesn't make either Tati's mom or Steph callous. Everyone is just trying to understand what happened and how it got this point. I guess I see it as Stephano trying to do right by both Tatianna and Braeden.

Connor is the one who seems to have been most influenced by Sebastien. The methodical way in which he approached the conversation with Roger was extremely Seb coded. The influence of actively having Sebastien in his life over the years is undeniable. In his brief appearance at the end of the Kade episode and his appearance in this Puberty episode, I was like, wow. His character has really matured into a man. At first I thought it was a one off, but seeing him here solidified it for me. Seb told him once he needs to find his “why.” I don’t know if he’s found it yet. One thing for certain though is that his mentality and his movements have shifted.

I hate that Stephano used Tati the way he did. That surety in him knowing without a doubt that he could get Tatianna to talk, gave me the ick. It was that bravado and confidence in knowing he could get her to answer despite her being in such obvious shock and trauma. Then straight up leaving once his suspicions were confirmed - trifling…and selfish. All I could think of was Marcus from Almost Famous. Anywho,
Having said that, I don’t mind it too much because it wraps up the story arc. I can see a time jump happening. It would be a great segue in giving Tatianna the opportunity to assess her friendship/relationship with Steph. Once her mental and emotional isn’t as foggy and clears up a bit, she realizes she’s putting all this effort into someone who is not even meeting her halfway. Rita and Bella have even mentioned to Steph how Tati clearly wants more and Steph is aware. How many more hoops does she need to jump through?

The lines between their friendship and intimate relationship have long since been blurred. Steph holds all the power. A relationship can only be made with two willing participants. She’s hoping he chooses her. Their friendship/relationship has been transformative for both of them. Tati has put herself more in the line of fire than he has. She has given Steph space, respected his boundaries, and helped him figure himself out.

Love Steph down, but Tati deserves better. It’s interesting how the Puberty teens, Steph and Lynn (love her down), have these Cooperdale partners in Tati and Nate. But they still have some kind of block towards them. Like something’s preventing them from fully engaging with them. I wonder if Lynn and Tati will continue to grow close. They both lost former loves and best friends.

Could be looking too deep and could be way off base since I’m not up to date.

1. Rita just lost one of her best friends & she is in an emotional state brae brother got away from a toxic household he shouldn’t feel bad about that! It’s just along the way he lost his siblings. They all may have thought Braeden got away but truly he was already struggling& in the middle of it 2. Tati pain had me bawling my eyes, she may be mean at times but nobody deserves to watch that happen & definitely not to someone they love to and knowing that you couldn't help that person would send anyone into a deep depression & constant state of shock my poor girl didn't deserve that! 3. Nev & Lyn friendship has always been my favorite & I think they will bounce back stronger! Lyn is going through something traumatic it's always been her and brae even when they was separated I hoped somewhere in my heart they would find there way back & they was so clock to there happy ending! 5. I think Roger response came from seeing how much he hurt & imagining the pain the cost the guy he hurt family & his loved ones he was alr feeling guilty but this sent him over the edge he doesn't know how to react to any of it 6. And my poor baby Steph.. he learned from what he saw growing up & all the choices Sebastian made that impacted his family! He may thought he was protecting Steph and at the time maybe he was but he did not think of the long term effect that would have on him. He is slowly turning into his dad & I love seb but I always good Steph would be better than that,! Just bc what Lee did was wrong doesn't make what Steph just did right! I understand his pain but nothing will justify taking someone else life !! just hope he confine in his dad about everything he has seen

I wrote a lot sorry 😅 1. I feel like Rita is really just hurting over losing her best friend, and honestly, who wouldn’t be? Especially when Braeden’s brother was a no show every time Braeden actually needed him, only to finally show up when Braeden is gone and can’t even receive that grace anymore. That would make anybody emotional. To me, Rita’s reaction wasn’t entitlement or drama. It was grief mixed with loyalty and frustration. She’s protecting someone she loved. 2. Tatianna’s breakdown felt painfully real. Even though they weren’t together and their relationship was toxic, she still loved him. That love didn’t disappear just because the romance ended. Watching someone you love be in so much pain that they take their own life, and right in front of you, would destroy anyone. Of course she’s blaming herself. Of course it keeps replaying in her head. She’s probably thinking of every possible thing she could’ve said or done to get him to put the gun down. That kind of guilt doesn’t just go away. I don’t think she’ll ever fully go back to who she was before. Even after she grieves, that trauma is going to stick. I feel like she’s going to become way more emotionally expressive. Not accepting “I’m fine” anymore. Wanting people to actually explain how they feel, because she never wants to lose someone again without knowing she tried everything. 3. I also feel like this situation brought Nevaeh and Lynn back together. They both lost someone who meant a lot to them, and that kind of loss puts things into perspective. Friendships really can be gone in an instant, and I think they realized they didn’t want to lose each other over old arguments. Because of that, I do think their bond is here to stay. 4. The second Stephano said he didn’t want the police involved, I knew exactly where that was going. If the police got involved, the truth would come out, and Stephano didn’t want that. He wanted to handle it himself. And he did. Stephano killing Lee to get revenge for Braeden didn’t shock me at all. It felt inevitable based on how he’s been moving for a while now. 5. Roger’s guilt feels very different from everyone else’s. I don’t think it’s just about what happened. I think he’s at a point where he wants to turn himself in because he wants to escape. He doesn’t want to keep living in a world where he’s carrying everything he’s been holding onto. Turning himself in feels like a way to clear his conscience enough to breathe again. It also feels like him trying to finally do something instead of staying stuck in silence. In a way, it feels like he’s opening the door for truth so that justice can happen at some point, even if he doesn’t get to be part of that future. 6. Looking back at earlier Puberty chapters, every time Roger and Braeden brought certain things up, Stephano shut it down immediately. He didn’t want to hear it. He would leave, end the conversation, or make it clear he wasn’t engaging. The energy was always the same. We all went through this together, don’t bring this up again, because if you do, I get pulled down too. Not in those exact words, but that was clearly the mindset. That’s why I think Stephano crossed the line a long time ago. What started as loyalty slowly turned into control, and now it feels like if someone gets in his way, he’s going to handle it himself. Q1. I do want to ask about the timeline though. Do the 16 and Pregnant series and the Puberty series exist in the same universe? Are they happening at the same time, or is it more of a time jump instead of a separate world? And lastly, I really want Elias to get justice (he’s not a murder) , but I don’t know if he will. If the truth comes out, that puts Stephano at risk, and it honestly feels like he’s going to make Lee either disappear or end up dead.

OMG I THOUGHT THE SAME maybe braes father made a deal with James and made everyone believe brae is gone whilst he recovers and then the family can investigate what happened to brae and why his sister set him up

Chanel

i’m still in disbelief about braeden. he was always my favorite and i refuse to believe he is gone. ladies amazing episode. i’m a bit suspicious as to why braeden’s face wasn’t shown while in the casket in this episode? for some reason, i feel like james is behind this. since he’s in his cloning people era, braeden survived but he is locked up like bianca was and his clone was buried. this is all a way to destroy the diaz family. stephano showing his true colors maybe will get arrested, sebastian will lose his cool with stephano’s arrest which will get him in trouble probably jail. idk 😂 i have to make it make sense in my brain. im not trusting anything until the end of the series lol

Girll literally said the same thing, my darkskin queens both lost the loves of their lives, give me a cigarette. And braelynn just dying in front of my eyes almost made me faint, (it was supposed to be braelynn and nevano at the end☹️ ) 🚬

1. Rita crossed a serious boundary. She doesn’t get to judge someone for leaving a toxic home she never lived in. Older siblings are allowed to protect themselves and heal. Confronting him at a funeral—while he was grieving—was inappropriate. That moment required empathy, not blame. However, I am interested in learning his backstory and perspective, as well as Rita's with him, especially since she believed she had the right to speak as she did. 2. Her breakdown is understandable, but allowing a false narrative to stand was a choice—and a harmful one. Elias can’t defend himself, and at the very least she could’ve told the police he didn’t kill Braeden. That alone could’ve made her sympathetic, especially if the police dismissed her because she was his ex or had already settled on their version of events. A failure on the system’s end would’ve landed far better than a moral failure on hers. This could be a turning point for Tatianna—breaking generational patterns, realizing she doesn’t need to be harsh to protect herself, and seeking real help outside of romantic or family dynamics. But if her growth stays surface-level and she avoids doing the work, her arc risks mirroring everyone else’s: stuck in silence, dragged down by unresolved trauma, and contributing to more damage instead of healing. 3. Nevaeh and Lynn’s truce only lasts if the friendship stops being lopsided. Nevaeh often takes responsibility if a wrongdoing is brought to her attention, while Lynn has yet to acknowledge the ways she’s hurt Neveah just as much, if not more. Grief may have brought them together, but without mutual accountability and an honest conversation about the past and what kind of friendship they want now, the same conflicts will resurface, with Lynn singing "Woe is me" and Neveah trying to mend the relationship. 4. Stephano didn’t want the police involved because he's been conditioned by a life of violence, secrecy, and moral collapse. He’s grown comfortable hiding bodies and burying truth. Getting real help would require exposing his family and himself, and he's never seen that example. He’s learned that taking matters into his own hands is justified, even when it’s deeply wrong. We just saw Connor literally stop Roger from confessing to a crime just to protect Neveah, and he's a cop. So, unless Stephano begins to see his family for who they truly are, he will remain in this state and only continue to deteriorate, with no one to blame but his parents, because let's keep it real, they are the reason he's like this. But I sincerely hope he and Neveah start recognizing their families' true nature so they can break free from the cycle. Neveah hasn't yet done what Stephano has, but she hasn't begun to realize the wrongness of their lives either. I honestly see him confiding in her over Tatianna if he does tell anyone We’ll see how it unfolds. But I would like to see them ultimately break free and choose to run from the darkness that's bound to consume them if they don't. 5. I think Roger’s guilt comes from both the act itself and the weight of silence. He took a life when there was no immediate threat, then compounded it by helping cover it up. That kind of moral dissonance eats at someone who wasn’t raised to see violence as okay. Pretending it never happened only deepens the damage, and now Connor is turning him away. An interesting turn to me would be Roger actually telling the truth and turning himself in. Right now, there are a lot of ways the story could go, but between him and Tati, there could be real consequences and game changers if either of them starts talking. Roger knows about Lee's dad, which gives Lee a motive to kill Braeden, and Tati knows for a fact that Elias didn't kill Braeden. The only thing neither of them knows is what Stephano just did. So this is a powder keg, and I'd be interested to see what the aftermath would look like. 6. This is a tough one because I don't think of loyalty and murder as related things. Protecting someone doesn’t mean becoming judge, jury, and executioner. So I'd have to rely on the law in that taking a life is only justifiable in immediate life-or-death situations—and this wasn’t one. Stephano killed someone who wasn’t an active threat, which helped no one and only trapped everyone who may come to find out in deeper lies. So yeah, the line is the law—and the refusal to respect it is what’s destroying these kids.

I can’t believe Braelynn is over!! 😭💔 My baby Brae… I’m distraught, lowkey just as distraught as when Shawn died in Split Love. Girlies, I can’t believe you killed him off 😭💀💔 let me recompose, mourn and gather thoughts for the whole episode😭🤣
