Developer Patch Notes for Ravenhearst 6

Time for the main course everyone. These are the up toi date patch notes for myself and my team. They will document what work has been done already on Ravenhearst 6. Theres still tons more to come, this is just the start. There have been 4 versions pushed already so these took place over the course of 4 Builds.
