The next project

The Screw-Bike video has done very well on YouTube! My general strategy, for this summer at least, is to build some more bigger-bolder projects rather than sticking to a weekly/two-weekly schedule.

The next project is a giant tentacle robot! I previously used the general mechanism in my Tentacle Legs video https://youtu.be/USBnAr8Bz6c which was inspired by the LEGO build in Akiyuki Brick Channel I featured in that video. But this one is giant, and drives around on omni-wheels (taken from the Speeder Bike project). There's also potentially another smaller cable-driven tentacle on top.

It's well under way, although the final demo in the video will take place at https://www.emfcamp.org/ all being well. That event isn't for another month, so I'll have started the next project before then all being well.
