Aug 2019 Sample Project Update && Plugin Sneak Peak!!

New sample project out, everybody! It's got all the plugins added to the YEP library with the July update! Beta-access patrons will have access to this month's new plugins, too!

Sample Project File Size: 594MB (roughly)

---

Two new plugins will be released for later this month:

---

Map Enemy Levels

For those using the Enemy Levels plugin, you may have noticed that it only allows you to adjust levels based off the party's levels. Wouldn't it be nice if you can set levels based on maps instead? This plugin allows you to do just that. You can set a base level for all the enemies encountered while on this map or a base level range.

---

Key Number Input

The Input Number event in RPG Maker requires players to scroll through each digit in order to pick the number(s) they desire. This is a slow and tedious process that could be sped up by using the keyboard to directly insert the wanted numbers instead. If players use keyboard numbers to insert numbers, they will appear instantly in the Input Number window. Players can also opt for the traditional/default scrolling method using arrow keys as well.

---

Hope you're looking forward to them! :D

Comments

I'm having issues with the debugger. I got it to work after copying the js folder over but most of the F9 menu things crash the game. I'm not sure if there's a file or plugin I don't have/have active but I figured I'd ask here since, well, you'd probably know having made it an' all. The teleporting and stuff seems to work fine though, so it's still being helpful. It'd just be nice to not use my "Debug Wand" setup to mess with switches and variables.

I don't find a place to report bugs. Sorry for writting it here. The Row formations enemy commands apparently never works, I was trying to make enemies from Row 2 go to Row 1 when the Row 1 enemies are dead, I've tried all commands possible for set their row individually after a kill condition, also tried the update rows function, and none worked. The Adjust relative param is true, so I don't get why it doesn't work. Neither setting them the Row 1 status works, they just ignore it, same if I don't use default row tag on them, is very weird. Tried with Turn 0 and other conditions, if I push a message, the message is shown, but these commands never work. I suggest improve the rows functions to make monsters go to next row automatically, and also put the first row monster to middle so wouldn't look so strange not be able to attack a target without any pixel of monster in front of it.
