Are tickets for the whole festival?
No, please purchase for each individual show that you'd like to attend - you can buy more than one!
How many tickets can I buy per-show?
Tickets per order for our in-demand shows are capped at four.
Why have I been entered into a queue?
To handle high-demand, The Southbank Centre automatically adds you into a ticket queue - this prevents the website from crashing!
Are your shows accessible?
Royal Festival Hall events have BSL and STT and the Queen Elizabeth Hall event has STT. If you want to book a BSL ticket please contact the Southbank Centre directly. The Southbank Centre is an accessible building.
Are there any age-restrictions?
Age guidance, recommendations or restrictions can be found in the 'need to know' section of each event page.
