Despite many of Synthcools fans outwardly express that they don’t find the podcast funny and eye rolling, they cannot look at it deeper to see it for the greatest satire of podcasts and critics. Let me be more emphatic, at many points throughout the series, it would seem at times that they are rushing through their sentences as if they are reading a script. They also seem to try to portray themselves as satirical aspects of modern critics and reviewers. For example: Mr. Meatball’s naivety: Mr. Meatball’s cleverness is overshadowed by his naivety, symbolizing the innocence or idealism that critics bring to their work. His vulnerability to being tricked and made fun of by the other hosts reflects the harsh realities and interpersonal dynamics of the industry. Mads’ unorthodox behavior: Mads’ eccentricity represents the struggle of critics to maintain their individuality and integrity. Her tendency to say unorthodox things reflects the pressure to stand out in a crowded field, even if it means risking alienation from her peers. Synthcool’s criticism: Synthcool’s attempts to criticize the other hosts mirror the internal conflict faced by critics as they grapple with their own insecurities and shortcomings. His unfunny bits and relentless criticism may stem from a desire to assert dominance or mask his own vulnerabilities. Lem as the voice of reason: Lem’s role as the voice of reason highlights the podcast’s intended purpose and serves as a reminder of the hosts’ professional obligations. Despite his efforts to steer the conversation back to the movies they are supposed to review, the hosts repeatedly succumb to distraction and digression. Ultimately, as he is a rare co host, his friends are unable to escape the hidden hell of their own making. I am haunted by the ads of Charmin toilet paper, this is my attempt to preserve my sanity. I have not slept in almost 4 days I’m afraid of seeing the charmin bears when I close my eyes. If there is a God out there, please help me

Dan
