We've just received the following transmission from the leader of the OPA and have translated it for you.

Translation:
For too long, the inners have taken from us! They take Ceres! They take Eros! They take Ganymede! No longer will they take from us. The OPA stands to fight anyone who dares think they are good enough! We will be waiting above Ceres tomorrow evening, and The Belters will win!"
