Sack of Kharishan - Proposed Shorts
Added 2024-01-08 22:59:55 +0000 UTCOkay, as described in the weekly update I just finished, I'm going to use this post to lay out for all patrons some/all (unless I forget any) of the various scenes which I intend to eventually write out as one vignette/short or another under the 'Sack of Kharishan' umbrella. For the most part, their chronology doesn't really matter and they could thus be written and released in a any order with a few exceptions (some of the more climactic ones I'd rather not do immediately.)
So far there are two that are concrete.
The Watchtower -- This is the one which is just about finished up and should go out to patrons within the week. It features a young maiden and her lover (a member of the local militia/city guard) who are in the midst of a secret rendezvous while the latter is on duty only to find themselves captured when the foreign army successfully takes the walls and begins to pour into the city.
The Shepherdess -- This is the first one that I started, but it wasn't going great so I kind of put it on a back burner and shifted to the other. It features a typically feisty young shepherdess who gets taken by some soldiers who come to steal a few of her family's sheep. She then gets worked over for a few days before the men release her when they're about to enter the city.
Then there's a big chunk of those with varying levels of detail that I have planned out but haven't started.
The Slavemaster -- A rather domineering female slaveowner who specializes in breaking in newly captured slaves and then selling them on (except for a few she keeps as guards/gladiator type fighters) offers to free her current crop if they fight to defend her and hers. When the invaders show up, though, the slaves gladly accept an offer to switch sides and get their former mistress as a reward.
The flower girl -- A lowly but pretty peasant girl is one of the most popular vendors in the local market with her stall selling flowers and herbs gathered from the neighbouring countryside. She's been sleeping in her cart since the siege, though, and is one of the first victims cornered in an alley once the invaders break into the city.
The Family -- A group of foreign soldiers break into a local home only to find a mother and her three daughters still hiding inside. The father is a member of the local militia and thus elsewhere, most likely either dead or captured. Naturally, the soldiers set upon his defenseless family.
The priestess -- When a group of invaders burst into the city's largest temple (to a local matriarch/fertility goddess type) they find the place largely abandoned. A quick search, though, turns up one lowly initiate or mid level priestess who was hiding, so they proceed to bend her over the altar and have their way with her.
The Merchant -- When soldiers burst into his home, a wealthy merchant tries to buy them off with wealth. They say they can simply take all his treasure anyway. After a bit of pressure, he finally relents and offers to tell them where his daughter is hiding so they won't kill him. The men agree, but make him watch what happens next.
The University -- Unlike the homeland of their invaders, the locals of Kharishan allow their women some degree of rights and status. As such, a handful of capable (but mostly just wealthy and well connected) girls are allowed to attend the local university. When soldiers break in, though, they show the students in question what they think a woman's role in society should be.
The Minstrel -- The patrons of a tavern try to fight back when invaders arrive, but are ultimately defeated. Then, angry that they suffered a few losses, the soldiers decide to have fun with their victims. One, a pretty minstrel, is singled out as their chief performer. They make her dance naked, sing some lewd songs, and then have their way with her, each trying to make her 'sing' the loudest.
The remaining ones, which aren't on the table until the setting/basics get established a bit more, are what I internally refer to as the 'palace sequence' of three shorts. They are...
The Dancer -- When foreign soldiers break into the palace, some start heading up. Others, though, head down. They find the servant quarters where, among others, some entertainment slaves are huddled. One is a particularly comely dancer who several want to take home with them. They proceed to compete over her.
The warrior -- As they approach the royal chambers, a pack of invaders fight some palace guards. During the fray, one of the latter has his armour ripped pretty drastically and the enemies notice 'he' is actually a girl in disguise so that she can pursue a martial career. Naturally, several decide to have fun with the captured tomboy.
The Queen -- When invaders break into her bedroom, Kharishan's queen can't quite bring herself to drink the poison she had prepared for just such an occasion. As a result, the soldiers capture her, drag her to the palace's balcony from which formal speeches are delivered, and proceed to strip her, bend her over the railing, and fuck her as she watches her city burn.
Unless I'm missing something, that's all the shorts I have planned out at this point in time. Naturally, it'll take a while to get through all of them. For now, I'm going to put up a poll for Loyalist and Radical tier patrons to advocate for which they'd like to see come next. But, if anyone thinks of any scenarios they'd like to see added to the list, go ahead and send them my way via email or direct message and they may well show up on the next poll.
