Weekly Report #031

Good news, all, the first week and change of December has gone quite well on the whole and I'm getting near to at least one (and possibly multiple) releases. Between writing delays and bouncing around WAY too many projects at once, it's been far too long. But that should be about to change.

In the first stray days of December, I got about 3-4K words written, then last week I powered through 7-8K more before a busy weekend. That 11K or so is primarily split between what I think will be the first 'Sack' vignette (now almost fully written at around 5K words), finishing the initial draft of the locker room story (initial draft sat at bout 10-11K before revisions) and starting up revisions on the latter (The first 3K or so are done.) I also have a chunk of around 1-1.5K further revisions that are halfway done as a head start on this coming week.

Moving forward, I plan to spend this week powering through revisions for that Locker room story. It's what I think I can get finalized the quickest, and unless I get horribly sidetracked I think I can have a bow on it by next weekend or very soon afterwords. After that, I anticipate shifting my focus to releasing the first 'Sack' chapter which won't need too much work and should be able to go out a week or so after the locker room. Then, I'll turn my attention back to Artemis (I love that story, but I'm also REALLY starting to hate it). With the, perhaps vain, hope that I can finally figure out how to handle the last scene and get it out sometime in early January. But it keeps kicking my ass every time I think I've finally got things sorted out, so we'll see.

That's it for today. I've been making good time on the current project so I want to dive right back in. Oh, and I think I've got all the December refunds out through yesterday's, so if anyone's don't show up let me know and I can figure it out.
