Elix Skipper is one of those wrestlers that has a cult following but never really got his “big break”. He’s known for walking a steel cage like a top rope and doing a hurricanrana mostly. Had a decent run in the last year or so of WCW as part of Team Canada with Lance Storm. Probably not worth a full episode however.

Yeah, this made Hebner being compared to a "dancer at the club picking up bills" on commentary especially sleazy. Even moreso.

Dr. Judge, Private Eye

A tapestry of talent you say? Look no further than TJPW Grand Princess 2022! It features about every kind of wrestling one could want to see, some familiar faces from AEW, amazing production and English commentary! It’s an amazing introduction to modern Joshi Puroresu and TJPW as a company. I know it’s not quite “classique” but y’all will assuredly love the show.

In the case of Pacman Jones, he was not cheered for a few reasons. Number one was that if you didn’t know who he was he was just a very boring guy from the NFL which never works. If you did know him it was because he joined TNA while suspended from the NFL following an incident at a Vegas club that saw him allegedly assault a dancer and a member of his crew shoot 3 people leaving one paralyzed. The incident started when Jones walked in and made it rain by throwing thousands of dollars onto the stage. The violence started from Jones being upset that the women picked up the money without his consent. TNA signed him for publicity and played up the make it rain aspect to reference the incident which is the source of fan backlash/protest. It’s also worth noting he had never wrestled, he won the tag titles by never tagging in until he made the pinfall so fans were VERY over him by this show.
