This thing is happening this Saturday, June 22, at Princess Kennedy's salon in the Salt Lake City Public Library! It'll be part of the Utah Arts Festival, and the reception is between 6:30 and 8:30 PM.

In the meantime, here's another snippet. It's a story about gender dysphoria, the various ways it affected my life, and how I tried my best to ignore and bury it. It's definitely some of the darkest and most personal stuff I've ever shared in comic format, and contains the following Comics by Xan firsts:

- Pre-dysphoria baby Xan
- An actual swear (GASP, parental guidance necessary)
- Xan with a BEARD (parental guidance DEFINITELY necessary, they don't need to be exposed to stuff like this)

I do worry if maybe it's all a bit miserable for the general public and maybe it'll be offputting... Haha, only joking, I've been informed that trans suffering is VERY marketable right now, so that's something I guess.

Also: this show is happening thanks to my friend and mentor, Princess Kennedy. PK is Salt Lake's multi-talented trans mom, and absolute queer icon, and one of the kindest, smartest people I've ever met. She's also my stylist and makes me look pretty, which is both wonderful and a testament to her many skills. So thanks to her for setting this up and then also pretty much telling me what to do because I've never done an art show before, haha.
