Fixed Foot IK turning off randomly and never turning back on.
Improved human extra raycast to be more precise.
Added precise Foot IK (extra raycast) to falmers.

Been using this a for a while now and seems to play okay most of the time. When it fails its usually really noticeable. In my case uphill walking up a road with cobble stones just make the feet go crazy trying to adjust to it XD
