Changes:
- Fixed head-tracking not being cleared on stopping circling.
- Fixed NPCs going from Combat to Search state being included in the circling system.
- Fixed NPCs going from Default to Search state being included in the circling system (for real this time).

I'll look into it. For now NPC to NPC circling is experimental so there'll be some bugs that need squashing

2025-09-03 07:56:38 +0000 UTCRan into an issue where the circling package gets stuck on my followers (I guess because I killed the enemy too quickly?). And there doesn't seem to be a wait to 'unstuck' them.
