The circling mechanic limits enemies to x amount of any attackers at one time. You may not notice it, but it's what makes group combat "fair" to the player in other games. They "wait their turn", and maybe if you play well enough you will get your turn to rip them apart.
Features:
Enemy circling behavior for player, followers, or all NPCs.
Circling enemies block when in range of player attacks.
Circling enemies get a time window to retaliate; this does not count towards maximum attacker limit.
Circling optionally includes ranged/magic attackers
Prevent being attacked while transforming into vamp/werewolf
Slow down projectiles within a set radius that are targeting the player.
Configurable Via Ini:
bPlayerOnly ; if this is false, circling applies to ALL NPCs
bIncludeFollowers ; allows followers to benefit from the circling system alongside the player
bIncludeRangedMagic ; whether ranged/magic NPCs are included in circling
bTransformProtection ; stop attackers during werewolf/vamp lord transformation.
bProjectileSlowdown ; slow projectiles when within a set distance of the player.

fProjectileSlowdownMultiplier ; multiplier applied to projectile speed within the slowdown radius

Install:
Requires SKSE and Address Library For SKSE Plugins
1. Install mod.
2. Enable .esp.
3. Done.
Compatibility:
Incompatible with the original Wait Your Turn.
Compatible with CPR, SCAR, MCO, basically every other combat mod.
