Hello everyone!

This is a huge update reworking and adding a lot of mechanics. The main goal of it is to make the girls more different from each other, to add some depth and diversity and make collecting girls more fun. Hope you enjoy!

+ Overhaul of education events system - they are no longer triggered randomly, you can plan with several choice branches, influencing children's adult traits

+ Added collection perks - 7 passive bonuses unlocked by milestones

+ Added rankings & contributions tracking - view top 10 leaderboards for several categories

+ Added girl synergies system at estate - 16 relationship types, with production bonuses, happiness effects, and conflict mediation

+ Added scout missions system - send scouts on 3 mission types (Survey, Treasure Hunt, Establish Network) with success rates and rewards

+ Added business upgrade system - 3 upgrade levels per business (+12% revenue each, max +36%)

+ Added book gifts purchasable at shop (80 cash) with bonuses for Intellectual/Genius girls

+ Added alignment benefits at extremes - light ≥50 (spirit regen, Religious/Precious bonuses) and dark ≤-50 (essence regen, Corrupted/Perverted bonuses)

+ Added complete in-game help menu with detailed pages documenting traits, synergies, perks...

+ Improved genetics system

+ Fixed various UI issues and improved performance

+ Fixed : bugged achievements (business empire, city investor, home wrecker)

+ Fixed : menu buttons disabled after inviting a girl to estate
