I don’t *feel* down on the rules update but I’m not fooling myself into thinking they’ll be perfect either. I’m sure there’ll be things I like and things I don’t — same as the 2014 books. I’m sure some will grab it with both hands. Others will repel it. We’ll see! I’ll practice what I preach in that I’ll take components from all the 5e variants I like to build my own game.
