Behold the Sly Flourish Patreon newsletter for July 2020!

This past month Scott Gray, James Introcaso, and myself all ran the Kickstarter for Fantastic Lairs, a book of twenty-three boss battles and climactic encounters for 5e. The Kickstarter went very well, with ten stretch goals crossed including thirteen extra lairs from the original ten, ten adventure outlines by a number of the community's best voices, a hardcover version, an art book, and a monster appendix. Now that the Kickstarter is over it's time to get to work! If you backed it, you'll hear more about it through our Kickstarter updates there. If you missed it and want to know when it's coming out, you can sign up for the Fantastic Lairs notification. You can also download the first two lairs for free and run them today! For those that backed, thank you all so very much!

Sly Flourish Patreon Discord Channel

We now have an exclusive Discord channel for Sly Flourish patreons over on the Sly Flourish Discord server. If you have your Discord and Patreon accounts linked, it will give you access right away. Session Zero Word Template

I'm a huge fan of session zero one-page templates. You can see my Eberron session-zero one-pager and my Avernus session-zero one-pager as examples. As patrons of Sly Flourish I want you to have the Sly Flourish Session Zero Word template you are free to use for your own handouts or session zero one-sheets. You are free to use this template for your own personal use but not for commercial products. Enjoy!

Avernus and Eberron Notion Notebooks

Also, as patrons of Sly Flourish, I'm giving you access to my Eberron Notion notebook and my Avernus Notion notebook. You can take a peek into the very notes I use to prepare for my own weekly games. This is in addition to the Lazy DM Notion template which everyone has access to. If you want to make your own notebook, duplicate the whole notebook, edit the template to your taste, and then duplicate it again for your own campaign. That way you have your own current campaign notebook and a default notebook ready for your next one. I'm continually updating the template as I get more used to using Notion for game prep. I hope you find it useful.
