Ch-12 Distribution of Resources.

After enduring an hour of pain, everyone experienced a transformation not only in their physical bodies, but also in their talents. The children could sense a heightened clarity in their ninjutsu practice, and their Chakra levels had increased. Additionally, their Sharingan eyes had opened as a bonus. This may have been due to the emotional fluctuations caused by the pain, which coincided with their talent improvement. Now, everyone's eyes had one spinning Tomoe.

Karan was filled with happiness as he gazed upon the children who had successfully completed their evolution.

"Your hard work has paid off," Karan spoke with a sense of pride. "You have surpassed my expectations and improved your talents by leaps and bounds. With this tremendous growth, you have proven yourselves worthy of the positions that I have assigned to you."

As Karan's eyes met each child's gaze, he felt a sense of satisfaction knowing that his investment in their training had yielded such impressive results. The genuine smile on his face was an indication of his immense pride in their accomplishments.

"Lord Karan, we express our gratitude for your generosity. We pledge our undivided loyalty to you," Uchiha Aiko spoke with tear-filled eyes as she respectfully bowed before Karan. "Previously, our talents were merely average, and no one cared about us. Our parents passed away in war, and with our lack of talent, we felt neglected and unnoticed. Even now, if we were to go missing, I doubt anyone would notice. However, your guidance has given us a new lease on life, and we promise to be the sharpest sword in your hand."

As Aiko spoke, her fellow apprentices nodded in agreement, grateful for the opportunities that Karan had provided them. They had all felt lost and uncertain about their future, but under Karan's tutelage, they had found direction and purpose. Now, they were determined to repay him with their unwavering loyalty and dedication.

With utmost respect, every child bowed before Karan and pledged, "We will be the sharpest swords in your hand."

He felt a surge of emotion as he witnessed their determination and loyalty. He recalled how he had first seen these children, striving to become powerful with their perseverance and hard work. That was the day he had resolved to take them with him and leave Konoha behind. He knew he had made the right choice.

They had lost their families in the war and their talents were mediocre at best. The Uchiha clan, which only valued talent, barely gave them enough to survive. But he saw their perseverance and decided to help them in any way he could, by providing them with more resources. That’s why these children admired him and were willing to follow him.

"Okay everyone I can feel your determination you don't have to boe your head."said Uchiha Karan.

"Okay this is the next thing I want to give you is Sharingan cultivation method."said Uchiha Karan while taking out a booklet.

Everyone was confused because they have never heard something about Sharingan cultivation method in clan.

Seeing they are confused look Uchiha Karan started explaining

"In clan you must have heard that sharingan have three stages I will explain it in detail now listen carefully.

One Tomoe: The first stage of the Sharingan, which allows the user to see the flow of chakra, predict movements, and copy basic techniques.

Two Tomoe: The second stage of the Sharingan, which enhances the user’s perception, reflexes, and accuracy. The user can also copy more complex techniques and use genjutsu.

Three Tomoe: The third and final stage of the normal Sharingan, which grants the user full mastery over the eye’s abilities. The user can see through illusions, track fast-moving objects, and perform advanced genjutsu.

A Uchiha who awakens the One Tomoe Sharingan can easily reach the level of a chunin. With the Two Tomoe Sharingan, they can attain the level of a Special Jonin. And with the Three Tomoe Sharingan, they can achieve the level of a Jonin. These are the minimum levels they can reach with practice; they can further improve their strength beyond that. But the Sharingan has more advanced forms beyond these stages. Those are:-

Mangekyō Sharingan: A rare and powerful form of the Sharingan that can only be awakened by experiencing a great emotional trauma or loss. It changes the design of the eye and grants access to unique abilities that vary from person to person. However, using it also causes the user to gradually lose their eyesight.

Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan: A form of the Mangekyō Sharingan that can only be obtained by transplanting another Mangekyō Sharingan from a close relative into one’s own eyes. It restores the user’s vision and combines the abilities of both eyes. It also changes the design of the eye to a fusion of both patterns.
Their is even higher form of but for now you don't have to know about it."said Uchiha Karan.

Uchiha Karan pointed to the booklet in their hand and stated, "The method to cultivate the Sharingan to the Eternal Mangekyo level is contained within this booklet that you are currently holding. It is important to practice diligently and use your talent wisely."

All children were dumbfounded after hearing the explanation of Uchiha Karan about Sharingan and was unable to say anything. They only have respect and admiration for Uchiha Karan.

"Lord Karan we will not disappoint you and we will work hard and try to reach your expectations."said Uchiha Nakamura

"Lord Karan may I ask at what level your Sharingan is?"said Uchiha Aiko.

"My Sharingan is at Mangekyo level."said Uchiha Karan with a smile.

"It's no surprise that Lord Karan possesses the Mangekyo Sharingan," was the unanimous thought among all. For the Uchiha clan, it seemed only natural that someone like Karan would have this powerful ability. Their admiration and reverence for him knew no bounds.

"Alright, now that we've covered Sharingan cultivation and abilities, let's move on to other matters," Uchiha Karan said, pulling out the General's Armor from his system space.

"Here, take these armors. They provide at least B-level protection from ninjutsu, and can block lower level attacks multiple times. The armor also has a self-repair function and grows stronger as you become stronger," he explained, handing out the armor to his audience.

Karan then produced five golden armors and gave them to the five generals he had appointed, Nakamura, Hiroshi, Matsuda, Emiko, and Aiko. The group eagerly inspected the armor in their hands, anticipating the added protection it would provide.

Following the distribution of armors to the generals, Uchiha Karan produced fifteen booklets and handed them to the remaining Shadow Guards.

"These booklets contain the Shadow Movement Technique, which is highly beneficial for assassins, as it allows you to move in the shadows," Karan explained.

The Shadow Guards were shocked to hear this, having previously only heard of the famous Yellow Flash of the Leaf and his Flying Thunder God Jutsu. The Shadow Movement Technique could be used in a similar fashion, and the fifteen guards were at a loss for words to express their gratitude. All they could do now was to become stronger and work even harder for Uchiha Karan.
