This movie deserves all the praise that it's getting! There was such an important emphasis on not letting shame rule your life and learning how to accept yourself. What a deep and wonderful message in such a bright and sparkly film.

Ever since you reacted to this, they had released a sing-along version where lyrics for the songs pop up on the screen just like those old Disney Sing-Along VHS tapes a lot of us grew up with. To promote it, they held limited screenings in select theaters. Even Ken Jeong made a surprise appearance in one of these events dressed in his own Golden jacket just like his character Bobby. The best part about the limited theatrical release was that so many kids loved singing and dancing along whether they have already seen the movie before or it was their first time watching. They definitely helped seal the Honmoon. Since this is a Sony Animation film, it’s worth reminding that Beyond The Spider-Verse will be premiering late June 2027. In the meantime, their next full length film GOAT is slated for February. It was produced by Golden State Warrior Steph Curry who also has a role. The lead character in this upcoming movie is voiced by none other than Caleb McLaughlin, and his fellow Stranger Things co-star David Harbour got to lend his voice as well.
