Added 2025-06-17 04:29:42 +0000 UTCHey everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Father's Day weekend. My dad was very eager to watch the golf tournament. As a surprise, I made him a batch of chocolate peanut butter chip cookies and they turned out really well.
This week is going to be so fun because I am finally checking out THE GOONIES!! This has been on my movie bucket list for a long time.
I'll also be putting up a movie suggestions post this week!

2025-06-17 09:26:52 +0000 UTCIn most years, we end up celebrating my dad’s birthday and Father’s Day at the same time. This year we had homemade Korean bbq, and today we sat down to watch Guatemala take on Jamaica in the Gold Cup. Under better circumstances we would’ve gone to check out the game in person, but fear is everywhere. I’m still glad to have watched the game with him, especially because we won tonight 1-0.

When Spaun made the incredible (64 foot!!!) clinching birdie putt on 18 we stood up and cheered and my mom and sister immediately yelled at us for being too loud while my nephew was sleeping. Chocolate peanut butter chip cookies sound delicious! I got my dad some locally brewed craft beer and a pint glass. Can't wait for your reaction to The Goonies, it's such a classic!
