Trinity was charged with DUI/refusal and possession of controlled substance (cannabis) without a prescription. On 2/16/2022 she was granted a DUI Early Resolution Program. Adjudication was withheld pending completion of 364 days of probation. The terms included a victim impact panel and alcohol safety course, plus 75 hours community service. She was required to completely abstain from alcohol. On 11/15/2022 she was arrested for violating probation. Specifically, she failed to report to her probation officer, she failed to pay the cost of supervision, she incurred a second DUI/refusal, and she failed to complete her community service hours. Consequently her probation was revoked, she was adjudged guilty of the first DUI, and she was sentenced to 16 days in County Jail with credit for 16 days time served. She was fined $1057.14. For her 2nd DUI she was adjudged guilty and sentenced to 364 days probation, 6 months DL revocation, 50 hours community service, and 3 months alcohol monitoring. She was fined $500. Edit: I don't know why the 1/11/2022 charge is listed as "DUI alcohol or drugs/refusal". According to the arrest report she submitted to breath testing. It lists her results as 0.133 and 0.136. For her second DUI arrest she definitely refused to provide breath samples.
