Hello, friends.

I'm taking a week off from posting new chapters.

There are two reasons:

First, I'm editing book 2, and I want to smoothe out some inconsistences / add some bridging sections to improve the flow of the story. I'll be posting any chapters / words I add, so there will still be some content coming through.

More importantly, I'm taking some time to re-immerse myself in books 1 & 2 before moving forward with three. I am a pantser by nature, but always know the beginning, end, and some key events of a book before I write it. I already know what happens at the end of book 3, but I want to be a bit more a 'plantser' this time around, setting up events in a way that gives you that 'oh, shit' feeling more akin to book 1. More time and less pressure will really let my creative juices flow. I could write more on it, but I'm probably just rambling at this point.

tl;dr: Me take time. Me make book 3 good.
