2024-07-16 21:06:39 +0000 UTCLet’s forget the complexities of this episode for a moment 😅 I wonder who writes the translated rhyming dialogue for this show 🤔 In their failed date this episode, the guy made some corny puns that only work in the English language, eg “Orange salad! Orange you glad we’re on this date” 🙈 I’m wondering whether it was left up to the translators to make up some alternative dialogue here. These lines seem too corny and awkward! It’s a tricky problem, making the slang and rhymes work in another language, to give off the equivalent meaning.

2024-05-14 05:36:19 +0000 UTCI'm belatedly realizing how well plotted this series is over the long run. For instance, in the first episode, I thought it was awfully convenient that Woo Young Woo had access to legal books, but now I realize that they were her Father's books from Law School.
