Gender Less is updated for Paranormal Stuff, you can skip this version if you don't have the pack.
Unlocked CAS Parts is updated for both the patch and Paranormal Stuff.
The patch updated a Locked Snowy Escape item and an Unlockable Discover University item. It is probably fine to skip these if you can't be bothered.
For Paranormal Stuff I have unlocked the Cheatable (CAS Unlockable) Guildry clothes and the Locked Bonehilda full body item.
