Knittables now included in Unlocked CAS Parts

Unlocked CAS Parts didn't need an update. But I learned that using the cas.unlockbytag cheat will permanently unlock the items for the household. Wanting to provide an alternative option I looked at the CAS items again and found what I missed last time. So now I have added the new category Cheatable to UCASP which will contain any future items that can be unlocked through cheat codes.
