Here we are with our third sneak peek, and the last one before we actually show you what our first lewd scene will look like.
We've compiled the feedback received from the last version, and one recurring theme stands out: the importance of the manage action. Some of you have expressed concerns that it's losing significance, especially with tenants at maximum authority.
To address this and tie up some loose ends, we're making some changes. Remember sneak peek 01? Undercover tech items are now much more relevant since they grant access to each third of the spy tree. So, the items you purchase will now be installed at the end of the manage services.
To install the camera, wire, and GPS tracker, you'll need to succeed at the event. This could involve using a repair kit or achieving a sufficient makeshift repair (determined by your dice roll).
But wait, there's more! We understand that making it more difficult to install the items can be challenging. To balance that, we're introducing the option to hire a second janitor and set their salary. This additional flexibility will empower you to control the speed of service discoveries and the pool of tenants available to choose from.

Maybe when those upcoming features are polished, we can have options to have the landlord (game protagonist) be a man or woman to balance the mix of men & women tenants.
