'keep your stick on the ice' is an idiom relating to hockey. Its telling you to keep your cool and be ready for action. its the equivalent of saying, 'stay frosty.'

I agree that the Red Green show podcast should be free to say what they believe. You guys are very considerate and careful to find the right words to express your opinions. Really, this the first podcast that I have detected any opinion about the current environment. And really you haven't changed your tune since your show began regarding common sense and everyone minding their own business and trying to encourage us all to keep our stick on the ice. You spoke to that in your movie in the court room scene regarding minding our own business. Red, you have been consistent through the years in how you communicate and I hope that you guys keep it up!

I hope the show is doing well enough to continue. I use to watch Redgreen when it was on the the TV and when it the whole series was uploaded to YouTube, I watched it from first episode to last. It feels great being able to hear the characters I grew up again on a platform and I hope it continues.

Hi Andrew. Sorry to hear that. I don't agree about the nature of the content here but hey everyone is entitled to their opinion. If the podcast is not for you, maybe save that dollar for something else next month. I'm pullin for ya, we're all in this together.

I liked the red green talk on no politics belonging in the show, and the funny stuff. The humor like the old show was great, That is why I like it. But the antipolice remark was not. I have watched the show since the mid 90s, but it is getting harder. I watch or listen to this show to laugh at myself, not to hear leftist liberal political statements. I really do like the show, but you have to pick what you are covering, middle aged male stupidity or current politics.

I'd love it if Bill (Rick Green) were to guest star. A section called something like "Bill speaks" would be great. Even if he didn't say anything that guy is so hilarious it would still be funny just knowing that he's there.

Great show Red!!! I'm curious how Dougie Franklin is doing? haven't heard from him in a while... Or Arnie Dogan... or Kevin Black, or Edgar K.B. Montrose... or Buzz Sherwood... I think they'd all be great guests. Keep up the good work, I always enjoy listening.
