A Happy New Year to all of you!!
I hope your night was fun and filled with good memories.
I have to admit, I started the new year with a bit of a bummer lol, I broke my favourite cup. But oh well, if that’s my biggest problem, I really shouldn’t complain.
I have big plans for this year… or medium plans, I guess. New comics, of course, and I want to start making and posting some animations regularly.
…Uh, I’m not an animator. I’ve dabbled, but I’m very much a beginner. I just want to work on some simple stuff first and see if that gets me somewhere. Meaning somewhere where I improve and have more fun and ambition to do better and more interesting things.
I’m thinking of posting one animation loop maybe once a month? Not sure yet how my workflow is going to be, so I can’t really set a schedule. I thought about animating some scenes from my comics first, so I at least don’t have to make everything up from scratch.
But yeah, still very much at the beginning. I’ll keep you up to date.

Just as Jake the Dog says "You see this cup? This is literally my *favourite* cup. [Throws it out of the window] Now it's gone forever, so its not real, and I dont care about it anymore." There's a lot of other meaningful things in Adventure Time that could be relatable to it, that's just one. Another is about changing. You could try something like Kintsugi with the pieces, it doesn't have to be with gold or anything fancy.
