3.16.4 Sentient Seasons

Seasons are now supported in Sentient Sims if you own the Seasons Expansion Pack.
The prompt will include the beginning/mid/late spring/summer/fall/winter as part of the prompt description.
If you don't have the seasons expansion pack, it will tell the prompt that it is "Eternal Summer".
Weather is a little more complicated, but its coming soon!
