3.14.0 New TTS Model: Orpheus 3b

Orpheus TTS is a state-of-the-art, Llama-based Speech-LLM designed for high-quality, empathetic text-to-speech generation.
In addition to the new model, Sentient Sims TTS has been optimized to start speaking faster with each generation. The paragraph of text is split into sentences which allows the TTS to process each chunk faster.

There was a bug fix for Sentient Sims AI, sometimes when you started the app it would say that a token was expired. There was a race condition where this would run before a new token was requested. It has been fixed, so you shouldn't see this error anymore.
I also fixed a bug where Kokoro TTS would stop working sometimes.
