god i saw a sale on shutterfly for playing cards, and thought designing the backs would be SOOOO sexy. so i did it :-} im very proud with how it came out even if i feel like i was lost with the design for a second/struggled with the hands AND even if they came back with a weird crop i think this was a successful little product.. so cool to have my ocs on a thing i can hold

i picked vines and pansies (and a shoebill/ferret) because that pertains to them both, uh being the pansies and jerry being the vines. uh the shoebill, jerry the ferret. i knew i needed to have them holding the flipped sides hands, bc while its kewl its also comforting

in a way where the eyes closed is them being secure with each other and soothed together, the flipped side with one eye opened shows more exhaustion, acknowledgement, realism (i know it sounds like im just grabbing for shit BUT THIS IS. how im feeling </3 about it

no mouths not ONLY because they look cooler and better without but because i feel like communication through Notspeaking is loud. OK AGAIN SOUND LIKE IM REACHING BUT i swear these thoughts were running thru my skull when i was doodling the design out *thinking emoji**thinking emoji* THANK YOU ALL

god i do kind of want to go BACK to this eventually or make new cards.. i love playing cards!! and i also think being able to edit the fronts as well if i can find a site that does that would make them sooo much sexier.. but until then!
