Igglybuff did about as I expected it to compared to Cleffa, it's basically a straight downgrade from it. Oh dear I can see what you mean about Pichu... just checked Pichu's movepool out, you're stuck with ThunderShock for most of the run as your best STAB, and Return is your best bet against Steelix, as Pichu learns NO special moves which can even do damage to it. No ThunderPunch REALLY sucks. Shame you can't get Petal Dance except from by Event. I really think maybe instead of your no Hidden Power on the first run rule, you should have everyone have Hidden Power Ice by default or at least get SOME choice, I'm looking forward to seeing you struggle through tomorrow's one! At least ThunderShock is better than Tyrogue's no STAB moves at all, and it gets Rollout, Swift and Mud Slap. At least Pichu resists Pikachu's Thunders so it can more reliably set up Curse than Tyrogue could, but I foresee another 3.5 hour+ first run.
