Marcy´s Penthouse

The Story:

Marcy is a city girl, full of dreams and fears that a big city like San Myshuno brings with it.

Life between studying and working is hard, but her dream is to become a well-known painter. She knows that it's a breadless job. Marcy holds on to her dreams. One day, she was sitting comfortably in her tiny little 1-room apartment with a cup of hot cappuccino in the corner of her room when there was a knock on the door ...

A tall man dressed in black in a fine suit stood at her door. He pretended to be a lawyer and asked to enter. He hurriedly took a form out of his briefcase that I should sign immediately .... well, as long as she doesn't know what that is, she won't sign anything at all .... she took her time and let everything go, the lawyer stood around annoyed and informed her: Your great-uncle Henry died last week and you are the sole heir of his complete wealth. Marcy swallowed and couldn't say a word. She didn't know this uncle Henry and was visibly surprised that she even had a great uncle. Marcy signed the letter, still speechless and without knowing what the sum was. The lawyer snatched the letter from her hand, said to her, she heard from us, turned and walked out of the door without another word .... weeks later she got a call from her bank, the lady on the phone said in hot voice .... Marcy .... a considerable amount has been received on her account, whether that would be correct because she always has to check something like that. 

Marcy, yes, I inherited, when she asked for the sum, the receiver fell out of her hand ... after she recovered from this shock, she first went to this high-rise building .... right up there at the top this old penthouse in which she always wanted to live ... when she agreed with the owner she started to renovate ... although she had the money to be able to afford construction workers she wanted to do everything on her own, her little empire create .... give your personal, crazy note.
