Lately, I've found myself indulging in a plethora of liquid calories. From shakes to creamy drinks and ice cream, I've been relying on them to maintain my weight since the move.
Adjusting to a new routine for my daily intake has been a challenge. In the past, I would order breakfast, know where lunch was coming from, and grab dinner from the store. However, living in a different environment has forced me to make some changes.
I still have some fine-tuning to do before I establish a solid routine, but I'm determined to get there. Hopefully, with this new approach, the pounds will start piling on again. Although I haven't quite figured out my new goal weight, let's aim to go from my current 57.5 inches to a confident 60 inches. It would be a shame not to!
