Last week I was weighing in at 250. Then eating 1-2 cheesecakes a day before bed along with a litre of cream and the rest of anything else that has a calorie densiity above 0 …I doubt that had much affect!
Maybe exceeding my daily resting calorie amount (that’s about 2000cals. Anything over this is stored as fat on most days unless you have a very busy day) within a few hours of waking up each day for 4 weeks non-stop was the cause …unlikely tho!
