Selection of me and my re-growing

I’ll up my posts again as I record the videos and take the photos but often don’t find the time to simply upload it for you guys, the people who make my gains possible, I will try harder everyone. To grow and to post. Let’s pass my previous highs and make some new PBs before the year ends!!!
