Daily cream shake chug...
Added 2021-04-19 03:44:02 +0000 UTCMin 1500 cals in each shake (300ml of douvle cream {for those not in the UK aka---heavy/whipping cream)...+ 100ml of whole milk to make it more tolerable to chug...not any fancy gainer shake recipe...but it works perfectly...jsut like drinking a glass of regialr milk...cant even taste the cream
