Please note the payment system operates as follows:
• On the 1st of each month, the system will charge patrons with active payments.
• From the 2nd to the 7th of that month, rewards will be distributed.
• This cycle repeats monthly.
If you make a payment in a specific month (e.g., January), you'll only receive access to that month's rewards. If you've pledged in December 2023, you won't receive the January 2024 Reward.
The system will charge you again on January 1st.
We kindly ask you to pause your subscription before January 1st if you've already paid. Feel free to contact us on January 2nd when rewards are being distributed.
For new patrons joining in January, you can proceed with normal payment. This information specifically applies to those who pledged in December 2023.
