Updates and Feedback Request

I wanted to update you all on a couple important things coming up, and ask for some feedback on how the Patreon is going. So I'm gonna jump right into it:
First off, my birthday is coming up, so I'm taking this week off to recharge a bit. Posts will still be coming out, but I won't be doing any live streams.
Second, starting in February for about 2 to 3 months, I'll be lowering the amount of regular art posts from 3 a week to 5 every 2 weeks. Basically, every other Thursday there will be one of the $5+ explicit edits posted instead of a full illustration. I'm doing this in large part to give myself more time to work on some long-term projects I really want to do. I hope you all can understand the need for this change.
And finally, on a completely different note, since it's a new year I wanted to ask for general feedback! What do you all think of my work this past year or so, and where do you think I can try to improve? I'd really appreciate any input!

Hey BWS! Sorry about replying to an older post, but was thinking about the $10 private stream sketches, and how to add more character variety to them. I was thinking that every 3-4 months you could have stricter character suggestion rules, to exclude the super popular characters that often win. Here are some rule suggestions I was thinking about: 1. Previous poll winners can’t be nominated again for 1 year, instead of four months 2. No characters from Shonen Jump & other battle shonen series (can include other popular series like Pokemon, Zelda, etc. here as you like). 3. No Seasonal Girls - Can be defined as the following: 3a. Anime/Cartoon characters - The show the character is from must have ended at least 3 months ago. 3b. Video Game characters - The game the character is from must have been released at least 3 months ago. 3c. Gacha/DLC characters - The character must have been released at least 3 months ago. 3d. Vtubers - They must have debuted at least 3 months ago. I realize that this isn't perfect and the 3rd rule in particular can be hard to do, since it would require checking a lot of release dates for characters. But if possible, I think rules like these would go a long way in giving more obscure characters a chance to shine. And again, this would only be a few times a year. Most of the time the character suggestion rules can be your usual ones, since those popular characters are popular for a reason. And of course, thanks for all the art you do BWS!

2024-03-18 06:42:42 +0000 UTCHappy belated, present, or soon upcoming birthday. I think you're doing a great job on the workload you're doing and how the whole operation is run. I think the recent change of polls limited to size range was a great idea. I suppose my only real complaint in polls would be that the explicit winners seem to more than likely be the most recent full pieces chosen, but it's the voice of the people so not much I can suggest that wouldn't make others upset. The only actual suggestion I could think of in changes is that perhaps for the sketch pages you add a description of each character on there like you do for full pieces. I'm not that versatile in anime knowledge yet and I usually see comments in the sketch pages like "who's that character on the bottom right." Nothing really too descriptive needed other than a list of "top left is [character] from [show]" and "this is [so-and-so]'s OC."

2024-02-04 02:24:24 +0000 UTCI've been noticing that the size variety has been a bit more diverse lately, except for your commissions, which I've noticed has been sticking mostly to the usual ssbbw and ussbbw sizes. My feedback is that I'm hoping that the next time you do commissions, that you'll accept more ideas involving chubby and immobile sizes (if you've been getting them) since they don't get attention very often outside of the sketches you do. Otherwise, I've been enjoying things like the sequences that Serena and Nikume got, as well as the Zelda mini comic. Each of them have had good growths that also don't overstay their welcome.

You have such a rare talent for designing great characters and developing great storylines for them and I wish you’d capitalize on that more. As for the art itself, I don’t know how you could possibly improve even further since you’ve reached such a high level, but then again I was already thinking that two years ago and somehow you keep getting even better.

The way you write fat characters is great, like they just seem so genuine to me :D Also, more of Val and her BF; I love their dynamic in the christmas 2-panel comic (in addition to the horny stuff)

2024-01-30 08:57:00 +0000 UTCI think your best work is the stuff you do with couples, where they’re growing fat together or where one of the party is helping the other to grow and they’re both enjoying it. I guess I’d like to see more of the day to day stuff between couples: how they get in and out of bed, how they make love, how they wash, how they rely on their partner to help them with this stuff when they get too big. Also we see a lot of belly play between characters but never a lot of boob play which seems like a missed opportunity.

Something I would suggest as a way to add some variety is take the bottom 5ish entrants to a poll and put them in a new poll, giving us both variety and choice. I wouldn't mind no changes to the polls, but I think this is a good way to address a complaint others have expressed.

Second, while having no experience with art I can only imagine the pressure and stress that can come with keeping a constant quantity and caliber of art for your patrons every week. If toning back the number of artworks would ease that stress and allow you to maintain the quality we love and room for you to experiment and freedom to work on other projects your passionate about, I just don't see how anyone really loses here. For what it's worth, hell yeah, go for it!

I do have a suggestion in regards to your polls; could you possibly do a point system similar to what pixiveo does? It's kinda annoying that the usual winners are either the biggest girl or the flavor of the week.

I have no issues with how things are run. If anything, I just hope that you feel comfortable in shaking things up once in a while, just so you don't get burnt out. Also, Happy Birthday, by the way!
