New Game Ideas

Hi Guys

Lithzena will be coming to an end around Summer or fall next year, if everything goes according to plan.

I am doing some planning for the next game idea with JakeMSG (he is helping me with Lithzena code at the moment), so I thought I would ask you guys.

I am not sure if I will pick the one with the most votes, but I will definitely avoid the lowest vote ones.

What type of game do you guys want?

1. JRPG

What I am building right now. I can build another Lithzena type of game, with turn-based combat and a lot of hot girls. Sometimes I feel like the budget is spread very thin because this type of game needs to have everything, writing/coding/ visual/ sound/ game design.

2. Beat em up/ action game

It will be a more interactive game, which means it will be less relaxing... you probably have to play with two hands if you want to win. budget will probably be everything, but less writing.

3. VN

It will be like a story with some choices and different endings, not a very interactive type of game, but it will save a lot of time on game design and coding, so more budget into improving artwork and adding voice.

4. Card game/ Gambling Game.

I was experimenting around with card games when I was doing Alice, and I actually found a lot of fun in this small blackjack mini-game, I think a luck/strategy game could be fun. Budget spending will be similar to a regular jrpg I think.

Closing thought: 

1. Some of you guys might ask why not infinitely expand Lithzena, which is a fair question since it already has an established player base. But I think once I write the ending I will be running out of ideas and if I drag things on it will negatively impact the story.

2. This new game won't come out until Lithzena is almost done, my focus is still on Lithzena but we will start doing some early prototyping and see if new things are any good.

3. Let me know anything you guys might want, fantasy, sci-fi, wrestling, whatever.
