Added 2022-10-30 08:50:04 +0000 UTCI didn't realise how long its been since i've made a post here.
The burnout is still affecting me pretty badly, but i've been crawling ahead with the Miko RPG
I made another live2d sex animation for it
I also got the demo released publicly after commissioning a logo for the title
I've been working on a town segment that goes at the start of the game with the goal of raising money to pay someone to smuggle you into the enemy castle.
It's been hard trying to balance it though, because if i make it too long then the stealth gameplay will take too long to get to, but too short and it will feel pointless
It should have at least one gambling minigame in it but i havent decided on a card game or board game to bet on yet.
one good idea is to reuse the timing minigame from the battle system so you can practise outside of actual combat.
at the current pace the game should be finished by february at latest
but i hope to have a proper chapter done and playable before the end of the year. There's a lot of bits and bobs that have been made that havent got their place in game yet.
