small game
Added 2018-08-13 02:33:38 +0000 UTCAs people in the discord know, I've been working on a small game to be completed by the end of this month at latest.
It's a ROR game made in rpgmaker, starring Marielle of Milk Megami Marielle. If successful I'll be more likely to use animation in rpgmaker projects in future.
It's a simple don't let enemies touch you game, where Mari has two layers of clothing to protect her before they grab her, at which point a struggle qte requires mashing left and right to escape.
the title and plot of the game is still to be decided, but I've already got one grab animation and a game over animation done.
You can keep up with day to day updates on the discord. It feels weird posting here for every little thing.
I'm still having trouble thinking up new animations for yuki, and havent gleamed any inspiration to finish the map layout of the 2nd boss area yet. I do apologise, but i can only wait in that regard. Hopefully this game is fun enough to tide you over this month.
I need to finish a game this month or I won't have any spending money for london expo in october, hence this little experiment.
