Pledge changes

I'll be making some changes to the pledge tiers.
I need a new 8usd and 30usd tier because they're ill fitting, i have most of my games cheaply available on https://azurezero.itch.io and it's not good having to wait for the month to pass to get your games anyway.
If you have any ideas for pledge tiers please let me know.
