Update on my personal situation

So the last few months havent been easy.

My last day off was on April 6th this year and my last vacations was in the first week of this year.

The last few months were really taxing and i am so overworked and have no energy for anything.

And now since start of november my mate had to head to spain (3rd time in the last 12 months) to take care of his father. This time there was nothing they could do and last week he passed away and is in a better place now.

I dont know yet when he will return since he needs to arrange the care of his grandmother who was living together with his fater and so far the spanish staate hasnt been any help at all... I just hope he and his brother can arrange something so he can return in the next weeks or months without having to worry for his grandmother.

I am sorry i dont post much in the last months but as i stated before i just didnt have had any energy to do anything.

but at least finally im on vacations since the 14th and im trying to focus everything on packing on some more weight to finally get over this plateau and soon being able to reach to the big 600-
