So on the 15th on june i have to get back to work at the office. And since im at home wich is 3 months now ive been very lethargic and lazy. All the walking i did is get out of bed to the office chair and not really much more. To not run into to much trouble once i have to make the jurney from my car to the office again wich is only a 100m / 330ft i started again to do some basic workouts again to strenghen my back and calves. Those two areas that are really week in my case.
And to all gainers stive to become 200kg/440lb+ you should also do this two basic workouts. Not like me that never does it XD. If you want further information just message me up and i can give you some tips on what one should do :-)
