Stopping gaining for a while and just maintaining my weight for not even a month already showed improvements on my mobility. im less out of breath by walking and my pulse went down from 140bpm to 128bpm from "walking" from my car to the office. Might start trying to pack on again before the end of the month.
Also tbh it was somehow a torture, it was so hard to keep me from just pigging out all the time and my mate constantly had to remind me to not eat all the time. π
