UPDATE: Sorry this took so long, it took forever to find what was making the early graduation call spams happen after a recent patch, even though it turned out to be an easy fix right under my nose.
This mod uses the XML injector to add an extra loot to the "you can graduate early" notification so callers will leave you alone about early graduation after dismissing the call.
It only overrides the Drama Node to add an extra test for the receiver.
If you are experiencing the Groundhog Day bug, this mod may function strangely due to lost progress, but it's still here for whenever EA stops twiddling their thumbs and actually fixes the bug.
