Tiny Mod: Only Wash Peepee Hands

What does it do? Makes handwashing ONLY autonomous after a sim uses the toilet (that is, so long as they aren't slobs or generally gross with no interest in washing their hands anyway). I've tried many other mods to curb obsessive handwashing in sims, but they either made little to no difference or made sims walk around with gross peepee hands.
This mod finally wrangles the pesky behavior at the source, overriding 4 game tunings as follows:
toilet-flush
toilet-flush_OffTheGrid
sink_washHands
sink_washHands_OffTheGrid
This mod applies a hidden buff that tells the "test autonomous" that the sim in question has a good reason for washing their hands, instead of "oh no I stood around breathing, better wash my hands!"
